A Nursing Home Consultant with over 5 years experience in the Healthcare Sector. With the dedication for implementing new ideas while simultaneously maintaining high standards of care. Ensuring clients receive accurate and relevant information and most importantly; Choice. A history of Project Management in successful new Retirement Concepts and also the setting up and registration of nursing homes, specialist units and independent living units in the Mid West.Mission Statement :

The implementation of the new HIQA Standards may well force older service providers and long existing care facilities to make both structural and staffing changes. These service providers may well also be in a situation where they need to temporarily or permanently discharge their current residents to undertake the necessary changes. Placement might be a problem, as funding may also be , but largely, the problem lies with the lack of options and liasing between same.There are plenty beds to fill and plenty beds to fill them but no independent bed filler!!! Until now..

Conclusion:
I believe Aire Abhaile can play a huge role in the health care / nursing home sector. I am confident that my ideas and knowledge can come to greater things , and that I can independently place clients with specific needs while simultaneously assuring the service providers that the necessary funding can be put in place. In relation to the Independent Living Units, I feel that this is a very specified market and that luckily I hold the experience to notice a niche for such specific placements.
